We specialize in accommodating emergency, late-night, and last-minute requests throughout Northern and Central New Jersey, ensuring your legal, medical, or financial deadlines are met without delay.

Special Availability for Emergencies & Specialized On-Site Signings

We understand that emergencies do not keep regular business hours. Our mobile notary services are fully adapted to meet clients in complex or restrictive environments, including:

• Hospitals & Medical Centers: Urgent Power of Attorney (POA), Advanced Healthcare Directives, and living wills at patient bedsides.

• Correctional Facilities & Jails: Prompt legal document execution for detained individuals.

• Residences & Corporate Offices: Convenient evening, weekend, and holiday appointments that align with your personal or executive schedule.

• Airports & Transit Hubs: Last-minute travel consent forms or commercial shipping authorizations.

Transparent Pricing Policy

In accordance with New Jersey State Law (N.J.S.A. 22A:4-14), the statutory fee for a standard notarial act is strictly capped at $2.50. Because emergency, after-hours, and mobile work requires immediate travel, custom scheduling, and administrative accommodation, we charge a competitive convenience and travel fee.

All mobile fees are fully disclosed, itemized, and agreed upon with the client prior to dispatch.

• Standard Mobile Service (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): Starts at $42.50 for local services which includes up to 5 miles and the first statutory notarization. Each additional notarization is $2.50 per stamp.

• After-Hours Mobile Service (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM): Standard rate plus an additional $25.00 convenience fee. (Important-Please do not attempt to book this type of request through my booking tool/Calendly. Call or text (862)205-4748 for immediate assistance)

• Emergency & Overnight Service (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): Premium dispatch rate applies; please call or text directly for an immediate custom quote. (Important-Please do not attempt to book this type of request through my booking tool/Calendly. Call or text (862)205-4748 for immediate assistance)

• Specialized Facility Fee: An incremental fee of $30.00 applies to hospital, hospice, and jail signings to cover extended facility security check-in and waiting times.

Disclaimer: Per New Jersey regulatory guidelines, travel, after-hours, and administrative fees are non-refundable once the notary has been dispatched to the location, regardless of whether the document signing is successfully executed due to client errors, missing identification, or lack of signee capacity.

• travel 6-15 miles - $50.00

• travel 16-25 miles- $65.00

• travel 26-35 miles- $80.00
